This is our most recently completed kitchen remodel. This home had the original kitchen and adjoining powder room from 1967 and was in dire need of an update. We removed the existing pantry cabinet, installed new recessed and undercabinet lighting, updated the electrical and replaced or repaired the drywall. All new Bridgewood Advantage cabinetry was installed, in the Manhattan door style and in the color Snow. The countertops are Viscont White granite. Black backsplash tile was included. Many convenience features were included such as pull out spice racks, trash rollout and rollout trays in many of the cabinets. Included in the kitchen was a drop zone/ beverage area. The client wanted to add a wet bar area to their family room so when they entertain there is a nice gathering point. We changed out the existing window to allow for the cabinetry, did extensive plumbing and electrical work to accommodate the new plan and installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring. New shaker style cabinetry in a dark chestnut stain. New granite countertops and backsplash tile were installed. The entire room was painted to complete the update.
This very dated kitchen needed an extreme makeover. In collaboration with our designer we developed a plan for the kitchen, living room fireplace area and the open covered deck. The kitchen was torn out to the framing, the framing was reworked to remove the old pantry, flatten the walls and make a recess for the fridge. New white shaker cabinets were installed along with quartz countertop and tile backsplash. All new appliances were installed. Custom touches include a recess for a small flat screen on the side of the fridge, plenty of storage solutions, new recessed lighting and undercabinet lighting. New prefinished wood flooring was installed. Along with the kitchen we updated the fireplace with new built-in cabinetry on either side, added new trim throughout the kitchen and living room and added ceramic tile to the foyer entry.
